Toronto Prop Expo Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the Toronto Prop Expo. By purchasing tickets, registering for the event, or participating in any Toronto Prop Expo activities, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Event Admission

• Ticket Purchase: All tickets must be purchased through authorized channels. Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the organizers.
• Entry Requirements: Attendees must present a valid ticket and, if requested, a valid ID for admission. The Toronto Prop Expo reserves the right to deny entry to any individual without a valid ticket or ID.

2. Code of Conduct

• Behavior: All participants must adhere to the event’s Code of Conduct and Anti-Harassment Policy. Any violation of these policies may result in expulsion from the event without a refund.
• Compliance: Participants must comply with all instructions from event staff and security personnel.

3. Personal Property

• Responsibility: The Toronto Prop Expo is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property. Attendees are advised to keep their belongings secure at all times.
• Prohibited Items: Weapons, illegal substances, and other dangerous items are strictly prohibited. The event staff reserves the right to inspect personal property and confiscate prohibited items.

4. Photography and Recording

• Consent: By attending the Toronto Prop Expo, you consent to being photographed, filmed, and recorded. These materials may be used by the event organizers for promotional and marketing purposes.
• Restrictions: Unauthorized commercial photography or recording is prohibited. Personal photography and recording are allowed unless explicitly restricted in certain areas.

6. Liability

• Assumption of Risk: By participating in the Toronto Prop Expo, you assume all risks associated with the event. The organizers are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during the event.
• Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Toronto Prop Expo, its organizers, sponsors, and partners from any claims arising out of your participation in the event.

7. Cancellations and Changes

• Cancellations: In the event of cancellation, ticket holders will be notified and offered a refund or credit for a future event. The organizers are not responsible for any additional costs incurred by participants due to cancellation.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions will be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
