Looking back at the events, the makers, and the magic they shared with us.
Huge thanks to everyone who made the 2025 Toronto Prop Expo such a success! This was our first year at George Brown College, and we’re grateful to the school for welcoming us into their space — especially for letting attendees take photos in front of the LED volume wall, which was a huge hit. We more than doubled our number of exhibitors and grew our attendance by over 300%, with an incredible community showing up to celebrate props, costumes, and the people who make them. Our raffle featured over $7,000 in prizes this year, thank you to everyone who entered and donated.
Huge thanks to everyone who made the 2024 Toronto Prop Expo a success! It was our first year with new showrunners and our last at Neilson Park Creative Centre — we’re so grateful to all who joined us and made it special.
One of our biggest displays to yet thanks to some great new exhibitors and 6 cars from Hollywood on Wheels!
This year we started a Best in Show award where the show organizers evaluated some of the best pieces our exhibitors had and presented a custom award to the winner Ken Rice!
We renamed the Toronto Prop Party to Toronto Prop Expo for 2016!
Our largest event yet, we were almost too large for the venue!
Growing larger still we moved to a new location with even more space to show off the amazing props, costumes and cool stuff that were on display!
The event grew out of the smaller room used in previous years and added more great props, costumes and generally cool stuff to check out, tons of awesome prizes and multiple Knight Rider KITT cars to go with the Back to the Future Delorean Time Machine that has been shown off in the past!
The event was bigger and better than our first year and we began to outgrow the room; even if a little more cramped with people and awesome props a great time was had by all!
Taking the idea from a small get together held in 2007, we created an event in 2011 called the Toronto Prop Party which had a great turn out!
