Become An Exhibitor
Do you have an amazing prop, costume, model, or collection you’d love to share with fellow fans and collectors? We’re now accepting applications for exhibitors at the next Toronto Prop Expo!
This is your chance to showcase your work, connect with the prop and cosplay community, and be part of a one-of-a-kind event dedicated to the art and passion of replicas, models, costumes, and fandom displays.
Who Can Apply?
- Prop and costume replica collectors
- Model builders (ships, creatures, dioramas, kits, scratch builds, etc.)
- Cosplayers with standout builds or iconic pieces
- Creators with handmade or screen-accurate items
- Collectors with rare or themed displays
- Anyone passionate about showing off something unique!
What Exhibitors Receive:
- Free admission for yourself
- Exclusive discount codes to share with your followers
- Optional entry into our Best In Show competition
- Promotion via our website and social channels
Whether your display is a single piece or a full setup, we want to see what you’ve got.
You’re also welcome to sell items or promote your brand—just make sure the main focus of your table remains on display and experience.
Space is Limited
Spots are curated to ensure a wide variety of fandoms, styles, and mediums are represented. 2024 exhibitors may be given priority, but we encourage both returning and new participants to apply.
Selling at the Expo
While there won’t be a separate vendor room this year, approved exhibitors are welcome to sell items from their exhibition space.
Whether you’re offering prints, props, kits, or merch, you’re free to bring items for sale as part of your display. Just keep in mind that your exhibition area is shared with attendees and fellow creators—so your setup should balance showcasing your work with any sales activity.
