This year at the Canadian National Exhibition (CNE) among all the other great things to do and see you can also check out some cool props! Some members of the Toronto Prop Party are taking part in an exhibit being held at the CNE called “Pop Culture: Let Your Fandom Flag Fly!” celebrating the passion of fans from August 15th-September 1st.
This new exhibit aims to capture pop culture through the eyes of fans by sharing their stories and experiences and by celebrating their talents. Featuring fandom inspired artwork such as photographs, paintings, drawings, textiles, videos, fan-made replicas, movie-style props, collectibles, costumes and more.
The exhibit can be found in Heritage Court Gallery, Direct Energy Centre, and will include select pieces from Toronto Prop Party Members. Visit www.theex.com for more info.
